Shipping Address We will ship your order to the address you provided at checkout. Therefore, it is very important that you provide complete and correct information. Once the order is processed, it is not possible to modify the address. Shipping Area Currently, we ship to all EU countries. We will soon expand our delivery options to more countries! Shipping Costs EU countries: Free shipping on all orders. No surprises: All costs are clearly shown during the checkout process. No hidden charges. Order Processing Preparation Time: We process all orders within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders before 11:00 PM (CET) are processed the same day. Orders during the weekend are processed the next business day. Delivery Time Estimated time: Between 7 and 8 business days. Delivery days: Monday to Friday. Note: The delivery time may vary due to weather conditions, holidays, or issues with the delivery company. Shipping Process Reliable Couriers: We work with Colissimo, Colis Privé, BPost, and DHL. Insured Shipments: All packages are insured. If your order is damaged or lost, contact us. Eco-Friendly Packaging: We use sustainable materials to reduce our environmental impact. Order Tracking You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You can easily check the shipment status from the link we provide. If you have any questions, our customer service team is available to assist you. Missing an Item from Your Order? Write to us at info@oderyka.com within 48 hours after receiving your order. We will resolve it quickly: we will send you the missing product or refund its cost. Returns You can return your order up to 30 days after receiving it. We only accept returns of products unused, in perfect condition, and with their original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the product is defective. In that case, we will send you a new one at no additional cost.
